Brightwork
Polishing

Brightwork polishing is a slow, deliberate process — worked in controlled passes using specialist compounds and measured pressure to avoid heat build-up or surface distortion. Carried out correctly, it removes oxidation, water spotting and in most cases light surface scratches, restoring a uniform, mirror-quality finish that enhances the aircraft's appearance and provides a degree of protection to the underlying metal.

Treatment is applied to the leading edges of wings, exhaust outlets, engine nacelles and any other bare metal present on the external surface of the aircraft. Each area is assessed individually and worked to the appropriate standard for its condition and finish type.

Paint
Correction

Paint correction addresses defects in the aircraft's painted surfaces — swirl marks, fine scratches, oxidation and surface contamination that dull the finish over time. Using a machine polishing process with aviation-compatible compounds, we work through the paint's clear coat to level the surface and restore depth, gloss and clarity.

The result is a uniform, refined finish across painted panels and fuselage surfaces. Paint correction is typically carried out prior to a protection treatment, and all work is documented with before-and-after photography provided to the operator on completion.
